Clear expectations for enquiries, confirmations and travel.
Enquiry is not confirmation
Submitting the website form or sending a message does not automatically reserve the vehicle. A booking is confirmed only after availability, itinerary and fare are agreed directly.
Fare and inclusions
The confirmed quote should state which tolls, parking charges, state taxes, waiting time and driver allowance are included or payable separately.
Changes and cancellations
Tell Shree Ram Royal Travels as early as possible if plans change. Any cancellation charge must be communicated and agreed during confirmation.
Pickup timing
Passengers should provide accurate pickup details and remain reachable. Train, flight and road delays should be communicated promptly.
Road conditions
Travel time can change because of traffic, weather, road restrictions or other conditions outside reasonable control. Safety takes priority over estimated arrival time.
Passenger and luggage capacity
Passenger count and luggage must be disclosed before confirmation so the trip can be accepted safely and comfortably.
Partner vehicle requests
Requests for a Traveller, hatchback, sedan or another category may be referred to a trusted local travel partner. The exact operator and vehicle remain subject to availability and are confirmed directly before a booking is final.
Payments and receipts
Payment method and timing are agreed directly. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN or online-banking password. Ask for confirmation of any payment made.
